The room and bathroom are very big The lobby is very grand, with facilities such as a bathhouse, It is very convenient to have late night snacks available at night

There are too few underground parking spaces. Even the outdoor parking lot I think is a bit too small.

SPA is wonderful. Snack time is also great. the staff took away the dirty dish very soon while breakfast time and try to arrange the set very quickly.

The facility of the bath room door. it obviously broken. But somehow it was not be fixed. hard to open the class door. No special shower gel /shampoo for children.

Will stay again.

Facility clean and new, a variety of welcome snack that is free, live music performance at night also free, and buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay.

The spa pool was not child friendly. The cold pool was too cold and the hot pool was too hot for kids, and also the hot pool doesn’t feel like natural hot spring.

A comfortable journey

Living at 9F, beautiful sea view with sunrise every morning. Very nice Italian shampoo and body wash.

1. The breakfast they offered almost same everyday :( at least it support a slightly change but no. 2. You need to have a car other there is nothing nearby.

Staffs speaks excellent English and is very cheerful

There was no bike rental and the location is quite far from the city center. In the evening it is difficult to find a taxi in Taitung so bring a card with the hotel adress. Also the breakfast is a mayhem and they do not refill fruit or coffee cups..
